Exhibition Application Procedure
☆The exhibitor shall fill in the exhibition application form and then send it to the sponsor by letter or fax.
☆The sponsor will send the letter of thanks, confirmation letter, and payment invoice upon the receipt of the exhibition application form.
☆The exhibitors shall pay 50% of exhibition fee as earnest money within seven working days, confirm the location of exhibition stand and pay the rest exhibition fee before 1 August 2012. Pay in full one time will be preferred.
☆After confirming the location of exhibition stand, the sponsor will send “exhibitor handbook” to the exhibitors which include: the transportation of item on display, stand design and putting-up, traveling and accommodation arrangement, item renting and related information on service personnel, advertisement, and visa application. The exhibitors shall fill in the related forms of “exhibitor handbook” and send to sponsor before closing date.
☆The sponsor will confirm the stand until they received the earnest.

Exhibition fee:
One side open: RMB 1,600/㎡
Tow sides open: RMB 1,700/㎡
Three sides open: RMB 1,800/㎡
Four sides open: RMB 1,900/㎡
Shell Scheme Construction: RMB 300/㎡ A standard rate amounting to RMB2,000 well be charged for the mandatory entry in the trade fair catalogue including an internet entry
