Recently, the intelligent production line for driving boards customized by a domestic white goods enterprise was officially put into production. The production line is 35 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, and it is composed of 18 automated devices, adopting a modular design. Its designed speed reaches 24 seconds per piece, the comprehensive efficiency is ≤ 30 seconds per piece, and the hourly production capacity exceeds 120 pieces.

The production line covers the whole process of procedures such as automatic loading and unloading, FCT inspection, code scanning and labeling, and spraying of three-proof paint. It integrates complex processes such as applying thermal conductive silicone grease and soldering of chips, and is equipped with multiple quality inspection links such as AOI inspection of the pads to ensure product quality.

The supporting intelligent management system of the production line includes subsystems such as data collection and report service. Combined with the Beckhoff control system, it realizes the automatic collection of equipment data and SPC statistics, helping with the precise control of production. The implementation of this production line provides an example for the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the white goods industry.
