MARK-SMD is composed of three parts: a rotary 4-section loading buffer module, a rotary table-type 6-section labeling module, and a parallel 5-section unloading module. Compared with the traditional reciprocating translational labeling module, the new product adopts an innovative rotary labeling scheme, which has significantly improved noise suppression and smooth operation. MARK-SMD has its own visual modeling function, which supports the online establishment of new material recognition models and multi-label labeling models. Parallel 5-zone feeding mechanism can automatically classify and output materials according to site requirements. Precisely tuned automatic sensing ability and multi-axis linkage technology, the whole machine can achieve a labeling capacity of 1800 discs/hour.
