This 3D Bestuckungsmodul machine is our solution to solve the 3D issues. The main parts are the 6 axis robot and visual system. Number 1 tooling shows the assembly function, number 2 and 3 show the testing function. Robot grippers can identify different tooling, after pick up one tooling, it can to the corresponding work station and do the assembly or testing action automatically. The vision system next to the robot can do testing, identify and positioning and other functions. When different products in the pipeline, the robot will do the second adjustment according to the instructions by the camera, it ensures that each time the robot movements are done on the exact position.
