The 3D Online Measurement System of Gluing obtains high-precision information in a single photo, without moving the measurement system or contacting the fragile sample to avoid potential damage. Its high-speed measurement capacity can output 3D point clouds instantly, with an accuracy of sub-micron level, ensuring consistent glue quality, and predicting glue quality based on existing data. This system can significantly reduces the low accuracy and fatigue of manual detection. Currently the system has been applied in the automobile windshield gluing production line.
