Combined with intelligent robot handling and constant-temperature curing technology, the line achieves efficient collaboration throughout the entire process. Equipped with FCT functional testing and EOL final inspection systems, it strictly controls product performance and reliability. Through the MES production management system, it enables end-to-end data traceability across the entire production chain. The overall cycle time is compressed to within 60 seconds, featuring high-precision assembly, multi-process integration, and intelligent management and control capabilities, meeting the large-scale, high-standard digital production demands of the automotive electronics industry.
