The intelligent production line for the thermal management integrated module adopts a high-speed chain conveyor system, supporting multi-version rapid switching. It integrates helium leak detection, vision-guided nail insertion and tightening, vision-based defect detection, and automatic oil application processes. Combining servo-driven assembly, end-of-line (EOL) testing, and airtightness testing, it simultaneously completes laser marking. Through the MES system, the line achieves full-process digital control, with a total cycle time (CT) of ≤60 seconds. It features high-precision assembly, multi-dimensional quality verification, and intelligent traceability capabilities, meeting the requirements for high-efficiency flexible production.
