control architecture. It consists of professional motor testing software MotorTest, motor operation module and high-precision power analyzer. The precision of motor speed and torque control is up to 0.5%. It provides the most accurate motor performance analysis for users.
In the process of testing, the high precision power analyzer measures the speed and torque of the motor in real time, and uploads them to MotorTest software to compare the test data with the set value. If the two deviate, the system control module adjusts the speed and torque of the motor by negative feedback, and
then carries out sampling and comparison again until the number of tests. According to the consistency with the set value in the accuracy range, the system test and analysis are started to show the real motor performance.
