This product is located in the future factory of a leading auto parts enterprise. It uses 2D/3D vision to accurately identify and capture parts of multiple specifications and mixed materials, and uses 3D vision to rectify the parts with high precision and place them in the fixture. It can quickly switch the production and assembly of products of different specifications, realize flexible production, reduce costs and increase efficiency. The solution uses 3D vision-guided robots for automatic feeding. 3D vision accurately locates parts in vehicles such as trolleys and coaming boxes. The robot grabs the parts and places them on the assembly jig after being corrected by the 3D correction camera. The positioning accuracy can reach 0.1 mm. The system can be integrated into MES, SCADA and other systems, and linked with AGV and downstream equipment to realize unmanned production.
