BLES System is the ball jetting soldering machine which uses blue laser and is suitable for the case if the object cannot be processed through the reflow oven. Due to the combination of “high absorption rate 445nm blue laser” and newly developed “solder ball jetting dispenser”, BLES System achieves to solder the object smoothly. This system can be automated according to customers’ request.
