With the SmartSolutions Press, articles can be joined within the machining cell. Thereby, the pick-up is kept variable and different articles can be inserted into the system with the corresponding pick-up.The articles to be joined are inserted manually into the article holders provided for this purpose.With the aid of the camera in SmartSolutions, the processing positions can now be taught via the tablet. The joining process can be carried out and monitored with a defined force. With this option, a very wide range of machining options can be implemented.A machining operation created in this way can be copied to other X,Y positions via an extra window.
