With the SmartSolutions Torque, articles can be bolted together within the machining cell. The fixture is kept variable and different articles can be inserted into the system with the corresponding fixture.The articles to be screwed are inserted manually into the article holders provided for this purpose.With the help of the camera in SmartSolutions, the processing positions can now be taught via the tablet. The screw connection can be tightened and monitored with a definable torque. This option allows a wide range of machining options to be implemented.A machining operation created in this way can be copied to other X,Y positions via an extra window.
